Attached is the Winter Pack opt-in form. On this form, families can sign up to receive a box of food to take home over winter break. They do not need to be a part of the Weekend Pack program to sign up for a Winter Pack.


Families can also request help with winter clothing..coats, snow pants, gloves and boots.


Paper forms can be returned to you or the front office at your school. Please make a copy for yourself and send the forms to me at the DSC.

We will notify you of families at your school that have signed up for a pack through the online link.
